Booked a room on the 14th floor. It was centrally located, within walking distance of a fancy high - rise mall. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was good.

We liked the hotel and beautiful decor, it was a very nice experience. The beds were comfortable in the comfy bedroom. The local staff was brilliantly friendly. Magnificent Mile district was worth visiting. Pool was great too.

Lovely location, amazing breakfast, outstandingly accommodating staff, plus good wi-fi. The welcoming and well-kept rooms. The restaurant is affordable and reasonably priced.

The hotel was brand-new, and I liked it. Immaculate rooms and a safe box, a mini bar fridge and a dining area included. Unbeatable position close to everything I wanted to see, in the great area. The service was excellent during all my great stay. Lobby was nice.

For a 4 star hotel everything was awesome, I loved to be here. The room I booked was cleaned and available with nice decor, a tablet, a sofa. Met at the reception by sweet and very competent. Top-notch service and decent value.

I liked my outstanding stay. The staff was tremendous, breakfast was above average and location was decent. Enjoyable, enjoyable room, everything was fine. The beach was stunning. Bar was pretty busy.

Useful staff were ready to help and suggested different places to visit. The room was reasonably priced. Bed was amazing and I loved having a private bathroom. Nestled close to restaurants and a stadium.

the hotel was close to such local attractions as buckingham fountain. grand subway stop is within a walking distance of the place, some 5 minutes on foot. modern room overall.
